Design intentions

The site is built with keyboard navigation, visible focus styles, readable contrast, resizable text and reduced-motion support in mind. Pages are structured with headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate them.

Known limitations

Some content, such as older documents or third-party maps, may not meet every accessibility guideline. The interactive map is only loaded when you choose to open it.
